| E1 | Alarm for abnormal water intaking. 1. Open the water tap. 2. Hydraulic pressure is low, increase inlet water amount. |
| E2 | Alarm for water drain has not finished. Check if water drain hose is placed correctly. Clean the stem. |
| E3 | Alarm for lid not closed before spin. Please close the door lid. |
| E4 | Alarm for washing stay at one side. Placed the washing equably. Your washer is out ofbalance more than threetimes in spin operation. Contact Midea service center. |
| E5 | The water fills too much to exceed its preset level. |
| E6 | Not normally open or unlocked door. The door can be open only by pull up the power when the door is locked, and it can power-off and alarm-cleared by press the power key when the door lock is open. |
| E10 | Inlet water overtime. Open the water tap,to check if the inlet hose is squashed or kinked,check the filter in the inlet valve is blocked or not;check if the water pressure is too low. |
| E12 | Overflow protection. The water level exceed overfloow level. The machine lock the door, close inlet valve, motor stop working, drain water in error status. 1. Restart machine. 2. Change inlet valve. |
| E21 | Overtime of the drainage. Check if the drain pump is blocked. |
| E30 | The door has not been closed. Check if the door of the Washing machine is closed check if the clothes is pinned by the door. |
| E50 | Others. Please call up the service line if there is any other problem. |
| E60 | Error E60, E61, E62 etc. generally refers to a heating problem with the machine |
| C9 | The PCB failed. |
| CL | The lid has been open for over 20 seconds with the Child Lock function activated. Press the Power button to turn off your washer. Turn off the Child Lock function. |
| Fd | Lid lock failed. |
| HU | High voltage protection ≥ 270±10V. The power cut off automatically. |

Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning the drain pump lint filter
According to the soil level within the cycles and frequency of the cycles, you have to inspect and clean the filter regularly.
The pump should be inspected if the machine does not empty and/or spin.
The machine makes an unusual noise during draining due to objects such as safety pins, coins etc. blocking the pump.
- Prepare a dish or bucket to catch any excess water remaining in the drain pump. Place under drain pump before continuing.
- Open the service panel and unscrew the drain pump cover. Drain any water into the dish or bucket. Mop up any spillage with a rag.
- Remove any debris and obstructions from the drain pump filter.
- Replace and tighten the drain pump cover before closing the service panel.
Please check the points below after maintenance:
- Is there any damage to the power lead?
- Can the power plug be inserted into the power socket correctly?
- Is the power plug and /or lead heating up?

The error code E3 keeps coming up when the lid is closed. We have barely used it for a year. And this issue keeps surfacing right after a warranty ends.

Found two screws in the drum after two separate washes! Keeps throwing code E4! I’ve leveled the machine amd it keeps throwing thw same code! Tries to repeat rinse cycle!
